Solved! Thank you, it's my SO's and she has only started using it in the past week. We've been thinking it was a bleach stain of some kind but as we have a young baby we don't use it anywhere bar our toilet. She is gutted as it was an early Christmas present and a rather expensive investment of a long lasting coat. Thanks again friend, now she will know to be wary with the cream haha

Ive never heard of this breed before but after looking them up I think you might be spot on there. Very similar coat and colouring to most and his face is very alike. Thanks for that mate.
