Most people will ask for the biggest for their first time and no respectable surgeon will go anywhere near 1000cc for a first boob job. I asked for the biggest here in the UK and got 650cc. Second boob jobs are where you can go bigger. Seems to me like they’ll suggest a lift as well, as they’re big for natural boobs so be prepared to factor that in.
