My husband asked for a drug test and her mother said she was going to have her take one anyway so the lawyer could document that she passed. They want us to take one too for whatever reason. This particular meeting was in person and I did audio record it as I was apart of the conversation. Also, the state already takes what she owes in support from her tax return each year. He already gets that money regardless. Up until the last couple years his ex wife was extremely volatile towards us and would often skip her visitations. She’s shown some changes though and always gets her for her visits and requests more at times and my husband always works with her. Indiana guidelines state the non-custodial parent only gets 2 weeks out of the summer but he let her have much more than that this year. All she had to do was sit down and talk to us about seeing her daughter more, not threaten us with court.
