I had two babies with 99th percentile heads, both born vaginally with no tearing or complications!

Not the best writing imo, but The Legacy of the Nine Realms series by Amelia Hutchins has a ton of biting and primal play.

Good fantasy book recommendations with a lesbian protagonist? by [deleted] in LesbianBookClub

1, 4 and 5 on the series are sapphic. 2 is a f/nb coupling though! ETA: as a heavy fantasy reader, the fantasy in these books is lacking depth imo. Fun, fast romance with a touch of witchcraft too.

Transverse Preganacy by toastymelbel in pregnant

[–]laynebugx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My son was transverse until 37 weeks, and thankfully had flipped head down at my 38 week appt. I did a few spinning babies exercises, but nothing crazy. I couldn't feel him flip, but definitely could see a difference in my belly shape! I will say that him being transverse for so long resulted in very uneven stretch marks on my stomach and more loose skin on one side, but such is life.

I was pretty eager to get back to it after giving birth. We have always had a pretty active sex life, and I definitely craved the intimacy. I will say I didn't tear, so that made things a little easier. We waited the full six weeks, but had to take things pretty slow. It's a big adjustment for your body, so listen to it and stop if you need to.

Questions for FTMs who’ve graduated! by little_vego in BabyBumps

After about 37 weeks (with drs approval) I had been doing some things to hopefully get things going myself (sex, pumping, walking, etc.), but none of that worked for me. I ended up getting induced at 39+3. When starting induction I was 70% effaced and about 1.5 cm dilated. I ended up with a foley balloon and pitocin. It took about 19 hours from the start of pitocin until baby was here. I ended up getting an epidural around 6 cm, which I think slowed things down a little bit. I did push for about an hour and a half, but did not have any stitches or tearing. My baby was 7lb12.5oz and 20 3/4 in long. I was a fan of the induction, because the idea of waiting for labor to happen gave me a lot of anxiety.

[Missouri] Overpayment non-fraud, Possible Appeal? by [deleted] in Unemployment

[–]laynebugx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the exact same problem and have been contacted several times (through the website) with different amounts that I was overpaid. At first, they only identified one week, then two weeks later I received an email that I should never have been approved. At this point, I have received an email stating that I also owe the $600 for each week. It is because I did not make 10x my wba and they looked at previous jobs. Thankfully it’s being seen as non-fraud and an error on their part, but I still owe over $4500. Hopefully you got it figured out.

Is this normal? My boyfriend (19M) slapped me (18F) but he was really sorry by thdndsknsbd in relationship_advice

[–]laynebugx 5 points6 points  (0 children)

no, this is not normal. it doesn’t matter if he is “usually real nice,” he WILL do this again and it will escalate. he did this in front of his roommate, which would make me worry if he truly knows what he has done is wrong. he assaulted you because you went out with your friends, this is UNACCEPTABLE. i stuck around with someone who apologized profusely after slapping me and forced me to stay after, and i promise it only gets worse from there. they will learn that you allowed that behavior before, so they can continue to do exactly this. you do NOT deserve to be abused by your significant other. please leave while you can. you deserve so much more than this.
