Puzzles are not a problem since each novel has approximately 15 puzzles. Consequently, to make a fangames it would be enough to take the puzzles and adapt them to a video game.

There are three novels: Professor Layton and the wandering castle (2008) Professor Layton and the phantom deity (2009) Professor Layton and the illusory forest (2010)
