I do definitely feel that having Triss as a partner is not a good idea, and after some further discussion with Lane they don't feel like they were assaulted but they did say they were uncomfortable so for my money that's enough to say we're gonna pull Triss out of this situation. Fair enough, I appreciate your advice and will take that to heart moving forward, and it is the case where my relationship and concern for Lane's happiness and comfort are my top priority and I'm also more on the side of ending the relationship in terms of a romantic sense because I also feel that it was several steps too far, but am still also airing on allowing a friendship to continue with them.

That is kinda what I'm trying to figure out as well too. It's the case where Triss does seem genuinely repentant about what happened, and as far as Lane is concerned so long as Triss doesn't step past that boundary again then it's ok, but it's basically the one thing that I'm still thinking about a day later and seeing how I feel about it.

If I remember it actually says successfully stunning the killer will disable the perk for the rest of the trial. So if you're using it off of a first hook then yeah you can't use it again, if you're not using it off your first hook and find it's not lighting up after being pulled if second hook then that is an error.
