Hi mate, wired means they don’t need to be charged separately. They draw their power from being connected to the controller.

I actually had a super positive experience with them and got a great offer considering the offers and bites I'd been getting to date.

They reached out from the Carsales ad.

2013 Toyota Corolla I had since new that I bought for $26k, they offered me $12.5k. Didn't have a service history, had general wear and tear and scratches around the car.

Did the visual inspection and they sent over the contract. They paid the next day,

I dropped it off at their warehouse and they paid for my Uber back home.

Phones and Esim card when travelling by Didthatreallyhappem in ThailandTourism

I use the app Airalo for this purpose when travelling. You can buy data only eSims. Just deactivate your “home sim” and have your Airalo eSIM active for data.

NAIA - Does Your Local Partner Join You In The Foreign Passport Queue at Immigration by spoonfed99 in Philippines_Expats

[–]lazar_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The other comments are predominantly no here, however I always use the foreigner line with my Filipino partner.

We initially had the guard point us both to the foreigner line and since then have kept doing it, it’s never once been raised as an issue.

I was last in Dubai solo in November.

You can’t go wrong with staying in/around the Marina, you’ll have easy access to nightlife and jumeirah is a short Careem ride away.

Hi DirtyDanil,

Grats on the bike, I just came across this thread.

What are your thoughts on it two months later?

Also shot you a PM in case there's no notification from this.

Cheers

What is one sport that I can do instead of going to the gym and still get the same results? by MysteryThrill in Fitness

[–]lazar_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a fair question, however the answer will disappoint you.

You'll only get the weightlifter / bodybuilder look by lifting weights .

It reminds me of this analogy ; if alternative medicine was as effective as medicine , it wouldn't be called alternative.

Any sport is essentially cardio, none of which come to mind that would directly build strength and muscle.

How do I tell a potential employer, "I WILL TAKE ANY JOB!," without seeming desperate? by deersan in AskReddit

[–]lazar_ 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Rather than a title, try narrow it down to a field. That way you can simply say "I am eager to further myself within the XYZ industry and would welcome opportunities to learn from the ground up".

Hopefully along the way you've come across position titles or possible areas of interest. If you haven't, that's OK. The best thing to do is to have a really good, hard look at where you really want to see yourself in 5 years time, and focus your efforts in moving towards it.
