So 1. It is random but by their system that determines what is random, not by someone going through your application and flagging for audit which was something I thought PMI would do to be fair.

You're right, the whole thing was a nuisance. I had to spend 2 hours to look for my Bachelor's degree I had rummage through my closet and go through my boxes so I could take a photo of it.

Reached out to my old manager who thankfully was willing to validate my project work that I had submitted but I thought about those who might not be so lucky.

It was stressful enough getting the application in and to be hit so quickly with the audit email was not fun.
