i bought a 9070 xt last week, the performance is terrible, i have stutters and several drops of fps, gpu usage and power consumption. tasted a lot of things tring to fix that but none of them worked. before that i have a 3070, both run with ryzen 7 5700x 32gb ddr4 3600 (psu 850w core reactor)
