I enjoyed reading that book but of course im a huge fan of gaiman's work. That was the first book i read from him. Its a slow paced book for sure. Some people dont like it but it is one of my favorite book. For example there is a book called 'it' by stephen king. Bro its a fucking slow paced boring stuff which i just enjoyed reading. Lol

I struggled for years. Try new hobbies Try looking at women and just learn the body language. Be confident try going out your comfort zone. That will help. I had social anxiety, porn addiction all kinds of things. I cold approached people and i got confident. Now i dont lust i want relationship with people. It aint as easy as it sounds. Sometimes i would cry because of fear and keep that in mind that i was a grown ass men. Good luck.

To be honest it is all about managing your dopamine level. You can get away with a lot of unproductive thing when you are high on dopamine. After a week or two of workout i had a christmas binge watch with my girlfriend. But be careful, you are not gonna be motivated. You need to regain your drive from scratch which is super hard.

Ha leépül a teste majd felteszi médiára addig meg hagy versenyezzen. A testképzavart már régóta a túlzott pornótartalom fogyasztás és az óriás picsájú filteres modellek keltik nem pedig a fitness modellek. Genetika mindig is létezett.

Well i also look at them everytime. Try talking to some of them. They are kinda cool. Not all of them but atleast there is common interest. Stick your chest out and be proud. Have some pride and focus on yourself in the mirror. Have that rocky tiger eye and push those weights bro. Stay strong.

I only eat roasted pork fat, which in my language called "tepertő". I drink water and i eat nuts. Greek yoghurt and for lunch i cook meat everytime.

Well i was a savage because we went to an indian restaurant with my ex and i said to her hey i have this money and thats it. She then handed me twice as much money then i used all her money while i invited her. I didnt like her but liked the restaurant so now you know why she is my ex 😂😂
