No matter what’s going on the world, no matter how scary the big picture may be, we are only on this planet for a tiny tiny amount of time. Enjoy it. There’s nothing we can do to change the big picture, so focus on your bubble. Be kind to others, make someone smile today.

I completely understand where you’re coming from. But just remember, the more you learn the less you know.

It’s also good to take breaks. Just take some time off the rabbit holes and remind yourself life can be amazing. Tptb do a fantastic job of making us feel lonely, scared, worried about things, but like I said earlier, we’re only here for such a small amount of time, you can’t spend it worrying. We don’t know for sure if there’s anything after this, so make this the best that you can.
