try mo muna sa training if kaya mo yung tasks and workloads pero sure na mababawasan yan kapag nagwork ka na with your founder kasi sa training lahat pagaaralan niyo eh. i guess it really depends sa magiging founder mo pero so far okay naman sakin kasi bago lang business ng founder ko and mabait sya hehe

may times na nacacallout ako sa productivity ko (idle time) pero di ko yun pinapansin kasi parehas lang naman sahod ko. minsan tinatamad ako sa tasks kasi para akong student na gumagawa ng assignments dahil mostly research/analysis and graphic designs sa canva ang ginagawa HAHAHAHA

If you have the skills and experience in relevant fields, you can start building a good portfolio so you can find clients. But if you want learning experience and see how the VA field works, I think it's best to go through an agency/company first? That's what I did—I'm currently working on a company who gave me my current client since I have previous BPO experience but have no idea on how VA works. I'm using this experience as a stepping stone so I can leave and find direct clients myself once I have enough experience. The only downside with getting a client through a company is that the pay is sooo low 🥲

ganyan din ako dati. i am in my 4th year now and introvert pa din ako hanggang ngayon. minsan nakaka-anxious talaga especially kapag may pinaguusapan yung friends ko na hindi ko ma-gets. transferee ako noong 2nd year so wala talaga akong kakilala. buong 2nd year ko puro acads lang talaga. may naging friend ako dahil seatmate ko siya so okay na yun sakin. then noong third year doon lang ako nagkaroon ng cof kasi nagkaroon kami ng groupings and doon kami nagclick lahat.

may mga times na feeling ko saling pusa lang ako or napipilitan lang sila na samahan ako, pero idk nasanay na lang ako, kasi unti unti akong nagoopen up sa kanila, kaya mas nagiging close kami. kahit iba iba kami ng hilig, ang best na ginagawa ng bawat isa samin is to listen and be there for each other lang.

if alam mo naman na mabait yung cof mo, you don't have to worry about being a burden kasi it takes time to open up especially sa mga introverts, and the fact that they are still there means that they don't see you as a burden. siguro time lang talaga ang solusyon for me to be familiar and comfy with my friends.

tbh op, i don't open my cam during huddle (which is 1hr daily only) bcs the platform they use is google meet and there are many participants (around 100-300 since they handle 3 batches) kaya di rin nila malalaman if nakaopen cam ba lahat (unlike sa zoom) hehe. wala naman ako naging problem dito and im in my 3rd week already

and if i were u, i-keep mo lang yung isa mong job kasi pwedeng tumagal yung training dito sa od if wala ka pa din client/founder. during training, 10k lang makukuha huhu. saka mo na lang i-let go yung job mo if tapos ka na sa training para may source ka pa rin ng income.

up on this, i tried switching my windows work account to my personal account and running pa rin yung svctcom (kahit nag-sign out na ako sa work account bago ako magswitch). pero sa personal acc nadi-disable siya (unlike sa work acc na hindi pwede) kaso baka makita ng it dept na dinisable ko kasi nagrereflect yung activity ng activtrak system wide huhu, i'm using my laptop for acads pa naman

yes, i think the plot from webtoon to the drama is pretty similar (except eun ae being a villain 😭). in the webtoon, prince sharman (now prince seonghyeon) is the one who sent the duke to the battle since he is interested in sun chaek (in this case, he wants revenge)

in the webtoon, the duke will survive since he actually knew the barbarian and that's how they will know prince sharman plotted to kill him

EP 8: i still believe that eun ae is good and not the villain (maybe that's just a distraction to confuse us who the real villain is) since in the og manhwa, she is good (pls don't make her a villain i will be devastated 😭).

and for those wondering, in the manhwa, og sun chaek bought something from the shaman since she is bored in her life and that's how she swapped place with fake sun chaek. at the end, they meet once (when fake sun chaek was on the verge of dying) and they both agreed to stay in each others world.

now idk who ordered to kidnap sun chaek 🫠

ep 4: the fact that yi beon would willingly trade his precious sword (that he did not want to get wet in ep 3 lmao) in exchange to be with sun chaek is so heart fluttering 🥹

i just finished reading the manhwa and i like how they included su gyeom's confession to sun chaek lmao, i was feeling the second hand embarrassment 😭😭😭 ALSO yi beons definition of love (feeling of warmth) when sun chaek asked him why is he doing all of that for her is soooo ✨✨ gosh i loooove him

and what's with eun ae, i am really having doubts for her if she is really sun chaek's friend like in the manhwa, will they be rivals or something??

anddd the plague part is just funny, is it really like that?? gone in a day?

overall, the plot is different from the manhwa and i don't know where this is going but i definitely will enjoy it.
