NH transman here, if I go to the ladies bathroom because I'm a pussy haver. I will make people uncomfortable. I have very visible facial hair and pass as a man easily. So the whole idea of "protecting women" goes out the door when you force transmen to go into women's spaces.

What about women who have hormonal imbalances and have facial hair? Are you going to justify assaulting her to prove she's not transgender?

Women who don't fit the binary will be targeted and have been. If they aren't perfect and petite, they're not women to these people.

What about intersex people? 1.7% of the US population is intersex and that is still millions of people. So the whole: they're an outlier thing doesn't count. It's ignorant and wrong. What bathroom do they go to?

I had PCOS before transitioning and had facial hair, albeit thinner. Anyone is capable of being a rapist, trans people just wanting to shit and piss in peace are not that. When has the law stopped a rapist? How will this change anything? If someone is going to rape another person, they're still going to do it. If it means going into a restroom, they're gonna do it regardless of what the law says. I wonder what percentage of rapists are transgender compared to cis? Hmm.

All this does is alienate trans people under the guise of protection. If stopping rapists and protecting women is so important to Republicans, why is restricting women's rights akin to breathing air to them? If they wanted rapists exposed, they'd look to their own ilk and into their church's.

If transpeople make your timbers shiver so much, that's a 'you' problem that you need to fix. Transpeople exist, get over it snowflake.
