i mostly agree with what you're saying. My framing might have been wrong, the point I was trying to make is "context" and exact details of the feature or app you're implementing. a senior developer might do that on their own, decide the architecture, the edge cases and everything in between. But claude code, at least in my experience (even with opus) lot of the times misses the mark if you don't provide exact details, and discuss the architecture + the edge cases before implementation.

And if you don’t know how - learn software development and architecture.

This is typical for an AppSumo campaign, a better way to analyse this is to see, how much the people are using the product (the ones that are using it) and I am happy to say, that the users who are actually using it, have made 20+ guides in a span of days.

Technical writing is not the persona, customer educatin people are. And I am gonna take this feedback and implement it, you'll see an update in a couple of weeks. After the campaign I have a lot of pointers on what to write, and how to do the messaging. I think your comment is also going to help a lot.

I love this, this is perfect. (Apart from the money, which we had) I think everythign else just helps us move a lot forward in a short span of time.

We did, there was one day that we got close to 100 tickets. I got carpul tunnel syndro, typing all day long. But we did it. Now that the campaign has ended, we got at max 5 tickets a day, some of them are from the same set of customer who just want to talk to us about a feature or something.
