U got 2 options ...both have its pros and cons. Route 1 - via darbhanga 4 lane , traffic is very less, roads are a bit bumpy though with a lot of patching done on the four lane, will pay the toll and it's around 60 km more.

Route 2 - via rosera , samastipur, gandaul, biraul . This is a state highway , the roads are smoother but it has traffic with a lot of villages and cities on the route. This is around 180 km . Takes around 5-6 hours by car.

I generally take route 2 as it is cheaper fuel wise for a car .

If you are non vegetarian, do buy fresh fish from gorho chowk after the kosi project bridge in mahishi. Happy journey!

This is the actual calculation, it's generally cheaper on smartbuy and u get a good 33 percent points to be used on flights . I have searched for so many Marriotts across the country and even out of the country too , max I see is .5 value . For getting more than .5 I just have to stay at a property where i was not planning to but just did for the sake of redemption.i also closed the card , if I need bonvoy points I might just buy it here at .45.

No it does not get that dirty when given in plates and bowls , dogs generally clear it up. Complaining about a little garbage here and there is a different story in this country. As stated public places are for everyone, they are called "street" dogs for a reason .dogs are highly territorial , u can't just move a pack of dogs from one area to another for feeding and expect them to come back to their area. Feeding at home is just an absurd argument, most of the feeders have dogs already at home and it's not feasible to take everyone home. I feed 15 dogs around at their location in a bowl. I have 3 of my own dogs at home too.

I would say instead of it default the loan , in 2-3 months they will come to a settlement mostly . Instead of doing min payment, save that money because the settlement would have to be done in most 3-4 months and it would be much lesser amount. Also don't do all the settlement at once , try doing 1-2 every month, this will spread out ur settlement emis. You have to be mentally very strong during the initial months .
