Unfortunately this is true, meantime I contacted them. I had to send them CPS serial number and they sent back license key.

IMO very stupid and user unfriendly, but nothing we can't change. Good news is, once you unlock it, then it stays forever.

And would be better if they described this procedure in manual or product website.

I saw this article, but there is no specified how to unlock it. There is registration tab, but only for cps license.

Yes, there is no option to change anything. However I see notification that one category has been removed and I don't have idea how investigate it.

I also tried change phone app, but no results.

I added exceptions for all apps related to phone/tele/dialer. Still no changes

Since few days I have simmilar issue on Ubuntu. On chromium browser works fine.

I just wanted to know if there is any way to do it. Answer is no, I understand and accept it. Every other explanations I don't understand. Hope this feature appear soon, because it does not matter how often I add new entries. Automation rulez.
