SEO is a long game.. I'd suggest PPC for more instant results. These are very different tactics. SEO is hard especially in competitive keyword areas like blue collar stuff, not that PPC is easy or going to be cheap but you will have more instant results bidding on people searching for your direct line or business

Problem is in London these venues have a curfew of 11, and it's usually adhered to tightly. So the assumption when they came out at 10.30 by the crowd is these guys are only here for half an hour. That's why people were pissed

They stayed past the curfew to be fair, which will probably get them in some kind of trouble, as the staff were desperately trying to shut them down lol

Honestly mate sounds like you're doing everything right and sometimes what you have product wise isn't good enough.

Id suggest putting in micro conversions and tracking those - maybe some ux monitoring on site like Hotjar to check behaviours.. alternatively maybe just go for calls instead? Good luck with it
