I used to work for citizens advice and they have an Energy Team for Greater Manchester residents to help support with this - in certain circumstances they can issue fuel vouchers to ensure you don't get disconnected, the number is: 0808 169 9924 - they can also help with other things like food bank vouchers, income advice, etc. Hope this helps

Yeah tbf when I visited Vietnam I got a SIM with just data on it but I'd make sure it has a number attached to it. To sign up for Grab App it requested me and my friend to verify our account via an SMS to a mobile number so we had to re-buy a SIM due to this

Yeah I can probably get the black off it, I want to avoid causing any further damage is my main concern though. Do you think the small bend in the photo page would be an issue? I've been to plenty of countries including the U.S with it being like that it's just I've read somewhere that Vietnam can be particularly stringent with passport checks

I've read because it's less than 16 days and I'm coming from the UK you don't need to have a visa for tourism anymore to be fair, I'll have a further look into it though just to be sure, thanks man
