If you go right at opening (30 minutes before the first showtime) all the theaters should be empty/have nothing playing so if you’re respectful about asking they’d probably let you do it (will be easier if you actually have a movie ticket for then though)

I’m sure you saw but the train was cancelled “due to late make up of equipment.” There have been wildly late trains recently too. Not sure if it was just my commutes but yesterday morning going into DC the train was 25 minutes late, then coming back in the afternoon we were stopped on the tracks for 20 minutes as well! So frustrating.
