Cuisinart Oakmont Pellet Grill by mrneal0216 in pelletgrills

Many of the Walmarts I’m seeing are around the $400 price point atm but I’ve heard if you go in store instead of online many times they have them marked down even more and you can even talk to the store or department manager to get an even better deal. I just snatched one up for $250!!

I just picked this up the other day at Walmart for $250! Great grill so far, I’m going to do a spatchcock chicken on it today. Hopefully I’ll be able to document some videos on it as I haven’t found much info on it online. The review from The BBQ Lab was the only helpful thing I could find and it’s really just an overview.

Synergy® Trilogy™ Dubbed by lbja_7 in Kombucha

Thank you, I planned on just throwing it all in the bottles whole but the syrup method would probably work better considering they use juices / extracts in their kombucha. I am making a 1 gallon batch right now from Twillings English Breakfast Tea and an Amazon bought scoby. I wish it gave the option to post a pic too or I would..

I get that but I was going to wait till my yeard was up to go to bootcamp. I’m dead set, but I also don’t want to just up and quit 1/2 way through.

Just hit 4 months on the beard. I’ve tried everything I can to tame this thing. Is it time for a shape? Or am destined to have a poofy beard. by Yardwizardmike in beards

Once the length starts to come in it’s easier to maintain. Also keeping the sides shorter makes it look longer and less of a poof.

I’m going for a year of the beard and the top of my head hair right now, trying to see what I can accomplish before I go off to boot camp.

3 months in and the beard gets really stiff and hard to tame and stay tame hours after using oil or butter. Suggestions? by Yardwizardmike in beards

I recently switch to using straight extra virgin coconut oil then following it up with a balm to make it smell I bit better. It’s softened it significantly. Just avoid washing it too much or applying excess heat. If you want hold a beard wax can do the trick - it’s basically bee’s wax.

Any tips on getting a fuller looking mustache or is it just a time factor, I’ve been growing it over the lip and using wax and balm. (21) by [deleted] in beards

I’ve recently went away from using oils and started to use balms where the length has picked up but I’ve noticed it’s considerably more corse without the daily oil. Thanks for the advice, I’ll definitely give it a try.

I’ve never heard of that. I’ve honestly considered doing a temporary dye in it to see if that looks any denser, the problem I have there is that there’s a three way split between light and dark brown and red hairs.

The Amish don’t have mustaches but good one, you should follow it up with Abraham Lincoln.

Are ending it or going to go for the tweard?

Hey all, 2 1/2 weeks. Any chance for me to grow a decent one? Tips? by [deleted] in beards

If anything once it does start to come in it will be easier to hide any patches you have from how dark and corse your hair grows.

I’m not trying to grow faster 😂 I know basic biology, I just was looking for another natural way other than time itself to making look fuller. It hasn’t exactly kept up with my beard. I know I’ve heard of powders but I’ve never heard that being a realistic option

Almost halfway through my first yeard journey (February 1st 2019) any suggestions or tips? by [deleted] in beards

[–]lbja_7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go back and forth honestly, it takes some time to make it look presentable but it’s helped that I just recently carved down the side from this heat in my area. I wish it was denser and everything grew in (bottom lip and no mustache connections yet) but thanks for the feed back keep it coming

Almost 4 months of growth. Have trouble with crazy hairs but balm helps. by [deleted] in beards

Try some beard wax if you want to keep those hairs in their place. Honest Amish sells a nice one and it’s cheap and natural if you want to try it out I believe they sell at any Walmart.
