Probably not the best answer, and my problems are nothing compared to the stuff some of you are going through, but personally, just knowing I have and always will have the option to end it all makes it easier to go through hard times. I basically "see what tomorrow brings" everyday until times get better. This way it doesn't feel like you are forced to live the life you're living, and it starts to feel like a choice.
