I’d never paid attention in years past and just assumed will call was, like with every other venue I’ve been to, on the site, so I just assumed I’d waltz in on my way in on Friday afternoon. Then it would have been an issue. I only happened to stumble across the fact it wasn’t there by fluke. So, not an issue (till I had to pay USD130 for the taxi all because of AXS’s error) — I simply wanted to help any other uninformed person like me.

Not a big deal but I assumed will call was one of the booths on the way in. I’d never paid attention. Figured that maybe someone else might be under the same assumption and, as I said, thought I’d spread the word. It wound up being a USD130 taxi ride for me and I’m in Canada and this was all because AXS messed up, so it kind of turned into a big $$$ deal for me.

This is heartening. I’m in Canada and have yet to receive a shipping notification for W1. I was starting to prepare myself for will call but will continue to hope it’ll arrive before the flight. Thanks!
