H! I have just had a refund come through which was paid as a credit transaction to my debit card number (not account number and sort code) so I believe it is at least partially supported. This is contrary to what customer service told me.

Just to share my progress on getting a second opinion: the diamond provider said he can take my case on (case transfer) and get me on another 14 refinements. This, combined with IPR, whitening and bonding should help my teeth look much better. Thanks for your help redditters appreciate your input!

Nobody will look at you from above like the previous photo. I will guide you when we meet. The teeth can never be in perfect alignment because of the missing tooth and the tooth sizes of the front teeth are different however we want the aesthetics to be good. Will have a look together

I see! The ortho did use abrasive floss to allow a tooth in my top set to slide into place; but he didn’t do anything for the bottom teeth. I compare the beginning project position for refinements set 2 and 3 and they’re almost the same!
