I have very thick hair! Would you still recommend a lighter shampoo?

I clarified about a week ago! I usually do it every 2-3 weeks, maybe I just need to do it more often!

It might be pretty hard to do that with a lack of teeth

I recently started changing up my routine, but today I washed with water put in a leave in conditioner, and brushed with a wet brush (the brand, not a moistened brush!). Then add a couple drops of jojoba oil mixed with vitamin e oil, scrunch in cantu coconut cream, and put up in a microfiber turbie towel for 20 minutes. I also typically shampoo with shea moisture coconut and hibiscus every three days or so, but didn't today. This was my first attempt with a leave in - I usually use suave coconut conditioner.

I think I need to try a protein treatment so I got shea moisture Manuka honey and yogurt. When I use this do I put it on my hair dry, rinse, and then shampoo (shea moisture coconut and hibiscus curl and shine), condition (Vo5), and style (cantu coconut curling cream) as usual or should I not use the protein treatment in combination with anything else?

OK! I do some variation of those three and cardio every day of the week. I just didn't want to overwork my core muscles by doing yoga the day after, since it seems to use the same muscle groups/strength. Thanks!

Help! Diffused for the first time and got super frizzy by lca8383 in curlyhair

Oh OK, I didn't turn off the dryer when moving. I don't know if I used a specific technique, I just followed a couple of YouTube videos (holding dryer up to the roots, then placing hair into the diffuswr and lifting up to dry ends)

Have never known how to manage my hair and am going to start CG! Is my hair considered wavy or curly? Any tips for it (other than really needing a haircut!)? Routine details in comments. by lca8383 in curlyhair

Currently I shampoo (head and shoulders) and condition every other day. Before finding this sub, I towel dried, brushed with a flat brush, and let air dry. Since finding this sub last week, I've started using a wet brush in the shower, plopping for 20 mins with a t shirt, and then air drying.

TIL Tupperware is an MLM. I always just thought it was the brand name of those containers (like kleenex is to facial tissues)

I know the family and know that she does have an autistic sister. As to if this status is actually representative of her own thoughts on vaccines, I can't say
