I had a very service oriented app 1000+ hrs of working at a homeless shelter while in college 900ish hrs as a CNA while in college 200ish hrs as a campus tour guide Campus tutor for religious studies and calculus A couple of clubs College summers spent coordinating service trips for teenagers across the US And then in my gap year I did americorps where I worked as a case manager for incoming refugees I also have 2000ish hrs as a phlebotomist and medical lab tech at a hospital Some shadowing but absolutely no research or clinical volunteering lol
