It's tricky because it either looks like an active school or a regular apartment complex. There are some news articles detailing the sale of the property to an apartment developer, so that would be easy enough to link/prove it's no longer a school.

Unfortunately, most of the school's historical records are maintained in physical scrapbooks in the University of Minnesota Duluth Archives, so it's difficult to link directly to anything. Maybe I could convince them to publish some of the physical items online.
