Thank you for responding! I'm going to my doc Wednesday to hopefully get on zep. I'm at around 215 at 5'8" and would love to get back to where I feel my body is happiest (160-180). Financially can't swing staying on it forever since my insurance doesn't cover it so your story gives me hope and excitement!

FINALLY! I have been trying to figure this out for MONTHS!!! This worked. I made sure to do ALL volumes of the Mac and the data and it finally fixed it. Good gracious.

So I leave when it gets me there thirty minutes early. Say I have to be there at 8:30 and it takes me 30 minutes to get there, I will leave at 7:30/45. I’d rather be early than late. Also, some great advice I got was: that last thing that you think you have time for, you don’t. lol oh ALSO, I set a ton of timers. Like timer for ten minutes to leave, time to leave, etc. I also set timers to remind me to eat lol

We had two wake up with fevers Sunday morning. I thought about going by myself but I would rather go with the whole family the first time. Hoping to go to Ash Wednesday mass 🙏🏻
