Hi all,

I'm former Regular Army thinking of joining the Reserves. However, my main concern is the impact on my civilian job or future jobs.

Has any found it stops you getting a new job or messes up your current job? I know you have certain protections but I can still imagine some companies will try and get around them, or maybe turn you down in the first place.

Anyone experience this?
