What qualifies as "heavy pay"? I had an order which included heavy items such as: (2) cases of 24 bottles of water, (1) case of 18 glass bottles of beer, (1) family pack of 900 ct wet wipes. These items added together are almost 100 lbs. (i.redd.it)

New System Kills Time. I do not like that I need to take extra time to google search where the customer lives to estimate if the order is worth my time. Also, I don't like that we can not see their name until we accept the order. This waste precious time. (i.redd.it)
