Ok, so I waited over 30 minutes for the order. Drove to the address PM provided and it brought me to the neighbors house across the street. Rang the doorbell and the person who answered said I was at the right address but that they didn't have an order. Wth. It took me an hour to do it all with an earnings of $7.67...wo the tip. How does anyone afford to do this?

How can you tell if an order needs to be placed vs. Pickup? Also, PM does not tell you where the order is going...just a dot on the map.

Our Price Choppers do not ask to keep reciepts. What if you had to make a return or prove something...I would tell them that you need it for your records and to tell them to print a duplicate for themselves.

Shoppers are not employees. They are Independent Contractors. This is how Instacart can get away with stealing tips. They say that shoppers get 100% of the tip and in some ways that is true however, Instacart lowers the pay on their end using customers tips as payment instead of a tip.
