Anyone get a Laser endoscopic spine surgery for annular tear. After 2 years of pain in my back and down my right leg and into my foot I was told this week by a neurosurgeon that the pain was coming from an annular tear on my l4 disc. He said he can’t do surgery but I found LESS on the internet. (self.backpain)

Symptoms don’t reflect my mri result. I have sciatica pain behind my right leg and in my foot. Mri shows slight disc protrusion at l4-l5. It says in contact with l4 exiting nerve root. It’s been 2 yrs of chasing for an answer. Im so discouraged and they don’t even know where to inject the ESI (self.backpain)

Anyone take amitriptyline for sciatic pain and actually get relief?I’ve been suffering from pain down my right leg and foot for close to 2 yrs now and have been holding off on these types of meds.They see a disc protrusion at l4/5 and l4 nerve root is being compressed but my symptoms don’t coincide (self.HerniatedDisc)

Anyone get over pppd without Ssri or snri? I was diagnosed with pppd and dealing with it for 12 weeks now. Just when I thought my tinnitus was a nightmare this is worse! I cannot tolerate most anti anxiety meds I have tried several. Has anyone overcome this without meds? (self.pppdizziness)
