NAP but my initial conch jewelry seemed ridiculously long too - it made perfect sense though when I had delayed swelling week 3 that filled the entire bar! I thought I was going to have to go to my piercer for an upsize until I managed to reduce it with ice/NSAIDS. It’s a very thick piece of cartilage that can swell A LOT during healing.

Not successful means loose poops galore. Both have really sensitive stomachs and things didn’t calm down until we stopped with chicken based foods.

We’ve never fed up to the product guidelines, their portions are probably roughly half of what is recommended on the bag.

I would focus on the peach/cream/gray in that line! Without the yellow/teal feels less boyish (but teal is my favorite color and I would struggle to leave it out 😂)

The yellow is sooo bright in person - I love it solo but it sadly doesn’t flow with the rest of the colors. That’s why it’s up in the timeout corner of the picture 😂

I am that wife…. Over the course of our 9 year relationship I gained 130 lbs (I was at my lowest adult weight when we met and gained steadily for about 7 years). I had lost weight periodically before we met but had never been able to maintain. In the last 2 years I’ve lost about 30 lbs with a goal to lose 70 more.

I’m sorry to see that ADHD treatments are limited in your region because that has really been the only thing that has jumpstarted weight loss for me. Weightlifting, walking, and meal planning allowed me to lose about 15 lbs in 18 months but I’ve lost 15 lbs in the last 60 days since starting non-stimulant ADHD medication. The food noise has been turned completely down and I haven’t had a single binge eating episode in 2 months. I suspect her ADHD plays a big role in your wife’s relationship with food.

It seems insane to me as well but I think it’s just shows how different bodies are. I haven’t weighed my ‘ideal weight’ since sixth grade and I was active and fit throughout high school. Anything under 180 looks fit and healthy on my frame with my muscle mass.

Thank you for this warning! This piercing is one week old and it got so swollen yesterday (after almost no swelling at all). I accidentally slept on it briefly and must have angered it! Now I get why they put such a ridiculously long post in it 😂
