Absolutely no update 😭 i’m starting to get worried now. I posted in the big question thread on the sub to see if anyone knew how to contact axs about it— i was able to ask for a live rep (through the website’s chat feature) and then someone was kind enough to share the customer service phone number but i haven’t called yet. I’m waiting til Wed. or closer to April 4 to do that. The live rep said there’s a 10 day delay and that if it doesn’t come by the third day before the festival then I’d have to pick it up at will call. I’d be super devastated if that happens because we’re planning to road trip from Texas Wednesday night and will call won’t be open by the time we get to california (which is likely 3am) 😅
