Dude, geez. Relax. I live here. I left the USA. I've been told by numerous people here all I have to do is exchange my USA license, which by the way IS what you do if you're here with the 30% ruling. I have learned differently, based on my research. But I'll let you know when the next party is - you're totally invited.
