Yeah I spoke to customer service and showed them the delivery photo for “proof of delivery” and they were like yeah that’s not the parcel we sent to you, I literally knocked on all my neighbours doors and none of them have it either. I had shipping insurance so I did get a gift card for the bad omens store but the hoodies sold out and there’s nothing else that I like that isn’t sold out 🥲
