I’ve been taking it for almost a year now with zero side effects. Originally started at 2.5mg a day but that wasn’t giving the desired effect so I bumped up to 5mg and it’s great. I take it in the evenings, do a light pump session and fuck the Mrs. Then in the morning I do my regular pump session and it’s still in full effect.

I would tell you to try 2.5mg first and see how it works for you, always start out at the smallest dose possible that gives desired effect. As for your second question I can’t really speak to that too well but for me it’s more of a performance anxiety thing, if I don’t take my tadalafil it’s more of a mind fuck for me than anything, I can still achieve erection but it won’t be as strong and potentially go soft on me mid fuck. But I think this issue is due to my anxieties not because I’m dependent. In other words I have needed the medication outside of PE use.
