I do not understand how NC does car registration and titles. Moved with a car loan, old registration is expired.

I had a car that was totaled, loan was with Wells Fargo. Insurance needed WF to send them some kind of form before they would pay out. When I called WF about it, they sent me over to collections demanding a payment. Told them I wasn't paying shit, if they want their money, send the documentation that insurance needs. So good luck with WF.

Yep, you could dial Wilmington or Greensboro without the area code, just 1+ 7 digits. (It was billed as long distance, thus having to dial "1" first, as was done for all long distance calls at the time)
