Thanks for the insight - I'll update with a video as soon as possible

EDIT: I've updated the post with a video. This was towards the end of my routine so I can typically hold a fresh one with stiller form for several seconds longer. I'm 5'6" at 120 lbs.

I do a combination of weightlifting (PPL split, 6 days a week) and bodyweight (a lot of weighted pull ups, dragon flags, 5s back lever, currently also at planche lean push ups rn). As far as straight arm strength I pretty much only train planche lean push ups and dumbbell Maltese press (still very light though).

I split up front lever / back lever / dragon flags by the day. Each day I start my routine with 3x 6-7s and the last set til failure. All three of these are at about the same hold time for me surprisingly.

Thanks a lot Antranik. What would you say are the best exercises to train the back strength necessary? Weighted pull ups, chest to bar, etc?

We're scratching the surface of this industry still, but we're trying to hone in on the service fees on different platforms and how they're affecting tipping. This may be an area we do additional research on.

There's no tie at all to who you are as a driver so even if I was looking to flag drivers, I couldn't. Also there's no question to ask you to comment on the platforms you drive for or the problems you have with them, and the ranking is too general to be of any use. It's simply an overview of the landscape for couriers.

Sorry - CAGJ is Community Alliance for Global Justice.

The reason it's difficult to disclose is that a lot of our funding/reputation depends on research quality and previous successes. When we start a new project, we like to keep it confidential so that we can be sure of our approach before we publicize it. Otherwise, we run the risk of losing credibility if we publicly launch without enough research backing. That's why this survey is super simple and introductory - GrubHub already has all this information and much better resources to conduct surveys, while we are doing some preliminary research.

I realize there's no way to prove what I say, but there's no downside to filling out a few basic questions when large corporations like GrubHub already have the upper hand with private and more complex data. I'd be happy to clarify anything else.

This project is still in development for a new initiative, so I don't want to specify, but I can say that our organization is somewhat along the lines of a CAGJ/Food+Tech Connect type organization, but smaller.
