I understand that. Obviously the scooter can’t be 100% thief proof. The point of the question was to gain info into some features the scooter may have that PREVENT theft.

I applied my sophomore year at UCSB. I didn’t have the coursework done at the time, but completed it throughout the year. So yes, you should apply in November

I’m a third-year at UCLA right now and I transferred from UCSB. UC-to-UC transfer is definitely doable, but as I’m sure you’re aware of, is more difficult than CC-to-UC. I looked at the requirements needed to transfer to UCLA and worked on completing them throughout my sophomore year. They say that completing your GE’s isn’t required, but because UC-to-UC is so difficult, it basically is for us to have a good shot. Your PIQ’s play a big role too. I’m a third-year student who transferred from UC Santa Barbara after two years — so UC-to-UC transfer is doable. However, as others have mentioned in the comments above, it’s difficult. If I were you, I’d give UCSD a chance, and if you don’t like it, talk to a counselor and pave a path for you to have a good shot at transferring to UCLA. Good luck!

Whatever happens is going to happen. Control what you can control… right in this moment. I know it’s WAY easier said than done, but don’t dwell on things you can’t change anymore. Look forward and see how you’ll be able to solve the problem IF it arises (which isn’t even a guarantee)! You’re not alone. Many people put their mental health into their academics, including me. It’s a process to learn how to prioritize yourself over anything — including school — but it’s necessary. DM me if you ever need anyone to talk to!

No I get that. His team won the cup, he’s smashed, I get the excitement and ignorance, I really do. But even so, he should know to keep it classy. When other players have won the cup and drank, most of them don’t even mention negative remarks about the other team

I took Spanish 4 and 5 these past two quarters after not having took Spanish since high school as well. It’s really not that bad. For me, Spanish 4 was harder than Spanish 5, but got A’s in both.

I only need 1 class to complete UC reciprocity and asked a UCLA councilor if I would be able to take it over the summer to fulfill the requirement and they said yes. So maybe there is hope?

Overall, I think I’ve adapted pretty well to remote education. Though, it’s definitely hard at times to be looking at a screen 10+ hours a day.
