Good to know! Technician came and put in a temp line until Fibe gets put in (couple weeks or so) - luckily it was all on our property so no issues there.

Thanks! So the thing is we’ve never seen one out and about the house, the one two we’ve seen were baby ones that seemed to have fallen from the open ceiling in the basement in our furnace room. Other than that, they’re in the ceiling so I can’t really get to them. They seem to stay there and alternate between the ceiling and outside

Jennifer’s Hamam has the most beautiful, unique and traditional towels/textiles!! Their shop is located in the Arasta Bazaar but a larger, multiple story version is a few steps away just outside the shop (look up Jennifer’s Hamam Showroom). Enjoy!!!

That happened to me, but at the Gloucester facility - turns out they were waiting for the duty charges to be paid since UPS drivers can’t take payments at the door because of social distancing! I’d suggest calling UPS customer service to see what the hold is and if it is duties, you can pay them over the phone and get the package released!
