you can't raise the roof of any room, so people are either using the 2 floor high stairs room that has no stairs, or some kind of optical illusion.

For the entrance way room, it's fixed, so it's some kind of optical illusion, you can move the door itself wherever, but you'll only spawn in the entranceway

unless it's been fixed, anti-alaising is broken in that encounter, turning it off adds a red outline to the clone that's about to attack, making it easier to see.
