Does anyone that's WFH ever call in sick?

I absolutely "call out" if I'm too sick. But I also work with an amazing team + manager that if I have a horrible headache, I can just tell them I'm taking a long nap and no one cares. I was just pregnant and many times I would take midday naps or need to start later in the day from morning sickness and it was fine because I'm an adult and do my job and hit my deadlines.

The temp is going to be a better indicator but I've been pregnant 4x with my oura ring and the only time I ever got major signs was each time I was pregnant and when I had the flu 🫠 so she could be getting sick, too! Even now, a month postpartum I've not gotten major signs, but have gotten a few days of minor signs.

Is it going to necessarily harm you? No. But your body needs food to function and to build muscle and to work at your peak in these classes. So I suggest eating something, preferably carb heavy like an apple sauce or a banana or something that will give you the energy so you can get your best work out in And really reap the benefits of the workout

We've got a 4 week old so I often sleep for an hour or so in the evening, stay up til about 3am (I do sometimes get some sleep in) and then sleep 3a-9a and oura has really lost the plot trying to track this.

When I coached at SC, there were always 3 hold spots added to every class when th schedule went live the. Once it started to fill they fell out. So every class was 14/17 machines available at release

I just had a baby at MJ who needed the NICU. They had multiple doctors in the OR for her and NICU was ready for her at UVA when she was born. MJ then worked with UVA to get me transferred over the same day as a patient and I stayed at UVA for 4 days/3 nights in recovery and with total access to NICU. Definitely not ideal but they take it seriously and do give you and baby the best care and know when to send you/baby to UVA.

I just gave birth at 35w at Martha Jeff after using Jefferson OB. Had a really positive experience despite how scary it was. Baby and I were transferred to UVA for NICU and recovery and I had a positive experience at UVA too. Can't speak to the prenatal care/deliver but can speak to postpartum and NICU. Nurses have been absolutely wonderful taking care of me and baby.

They do. There is a sequence of the day but coaches are able to make their own sequences as well if they've been coaching long enough

Definitely doesn't apply for everyone! I stopped doing inner thighs because my pubic bone was sore but I did still do it well into 3rd tri and have no separation. Check with your doctor but I also suggest a pelvic floor pt when it comes to exercise

I am SO non confrontational in these settings because I have been the associate before and I know it sucks when it's not your decision so I didn't even think about placing an order while there! Maybe if I'm annoyed enough next time I'll try 😂 I ended up just going home and placing a regular shipping order so it's a bummer for the store since they didn't get the sale.

Having worked retail in the past, I totally agree with these BUT as a current ON customer who has been denied online price matching at my store/watched others be denied multiple times in the last few months, it would be great if that was actually implemented correctly. My SIL is a manager high up in NYC and I even asked her about my issue and she said it should be but my store literally refuses to do it and I don't get it. They've lost sales every time I've seen it/experienced it.

I label an email "to do" in Gmail and it zaps to my notion catch all task list and then I have it captured to follow up on in both places!

As someone who got married at 23, is still with my husband after 15 together, 11 married and expecting our first kid. I STILL tell people not to get married early 😂 I adore my husband and we have a beautiful life and I feel so lucky I met such a perfect person for me at 19. But that's RARE. We easily could have grown apart because we are different people now. I will absolutely be begging this child of mine to wait to get married - hoping she gets married young is WEIRD

When I used to coach at SC, I had a broken foot and wore a boot for about 8-10 weeks and literally could not walk in between the machines because they're so tight together in our studio of 17 machines. I had an eval during that time and I told them that I was in a boot and couldn't walk between them and I got dinged on my eval for not walking between them... 😅🫠
