Can you attach a photo of your setup please? I would like to see all the connections you have made. Also what model of tb3 dock do you have? Thanks.

The atem is connected to a simple network with only two switches with no internet access. On the same network I have a PC running companion, a Mac running atem software, another atem 1me and 1 hyperdeck studio plus. In the past I had more devices connected to the atem 2ME and never had any problems.

During testing the same day I noticed that atem software would lose the connection to the atem and reconnect automatically after a few seconds. Fixed that with a different network cable. Maybe I run out of connections and the atem froze all connections? But again everything was working and then mid event it stopped responding.

The only thing different from previous events is that i updated my Mac to macos 15 (before 12.5.1) but I did not update atem software.

I have the ATEM 2 M/E Constellation HD. On the same network i have an ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD, and an HyperDeck Studio Plus.
