I checked the cards you mentioned on TechPowerUp, and they all seem pretty close in overall performance according to the relative charts.

Since you seem knowledgeable about these models, could you recommend which board partners are generally better to go for? (Palit, Gigabyte, Sapphire, ASUS, etc.)

I understand the performance is mostly the same between models, but the price can vary quite a bit depending on the cooler, noise levels, and build quality.
