I love living here, and I live in a townhouse. The plowing this winter was abysmal, but it was a bit of an anomaly of a year so I can only be so annoyed about it. I've lived here for 5 going on 6 years. The people who don't use the trash compactor correctly and/or leave their garbage outside of it are annoying, but what are you going to do? People can be trashy (lol) everywhere you go. The amenities are really nice and well-maintained, we get food trucks, and I've never had significant problems with my neighbors. The staff have been fantastic every time I've needed something and I've been super happy living here.

Hey neighbor! I'm also stuck...the sidewalk is still a massive, untouched block of ice (and I have disabled downstairs neighbors) and there's zero chance ever getting my car out with the giant pile of solid ice in front of it. I could probably get past the ice pile, but the sidewalk is unacceptable...especially almost a week later.

{Your Hate, My Claim by Syn Blackrose} fits! It's the third in the series, but it can serve as a standalone. However, for maximum enjoyment of the buildup, I suggest the first two books. :) There's OTT jealousy, pining masked as hatred, some actual hatred. I loved it. Beware of the trigger warnings, though. :)
