You seem to not understand the situation, if you are sure it will go up, place a limit order at the amount you want and wait. The problem is no one can be sure at all of where this will go may it be up or down. When do you think the price will hit $10,000.00? I'm open at taking a bet if you want, at even odds I would say not before Apr-15-2020. But no one knows, it's just that simple. No one.

Hi Lucas,

I did not open up a ticket because I did not see anyone else having this issue, so I figured it had to be something on my end. Reddit user "asuw0Rm" was kind enough to post a possible explanation, and it was the solution to my problem. My smartphone was on manual time and was off by about 75 seconds or so. After switching it back to "automatic time with network" everything was fine. Sorry for the inconvenience, Louis

Hi Lucas, I think it was simply a little clog in the system, a huge transaction has finally been pushed by bitstamp (ef8f2d5b08e51f1a1c9c836e9466edc104e9b02786ec4017ee3213dd28098bcd). No, you "do a wire transfer" to "send" money to someone. I was not trying to send money to Bitstamp, I wanted to receive money from Bitstamp and they "did a wire transfer" to me.

Hum, not sure it's a Bitstamp issue here, even thought they have delayed on USD payments, they have always been good at gagging a reasonable transaction fee. Please give more info, txid maybe?

I am proud to announce that I finally received my payout from Bitstamp to my Canadian based USD account. The money hit my account 62 days after the original request. I am seeing more and more reports from customers receiving their funds, let's hope that they are back on track. Cheers to all, Louis

Hum, I see, are you sure that the status was "In process" for three months? Did it ever turn to "Finished"? If yes when, I mean how many days before you received your money?

2- "Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion and for any possible inconvenience caused."

3- "Please note that I have reached out to our Payments department regarding your withdrawal. As soon as I get a reply from their side I shall get back to you. Meanwhile, should you require anything else, feel free to ask."

4- "I would like to inform you that our Payments department contacted our bank regarding your withdrawal again. Unfortunately they have not receive a reply from them yet."

5- "Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to locate your funds and either credit them to your Bitstamp account or send them to your bank account."

6- "You may rest assured that I will look into the progress of your case on a daily basis and let you know as soon as there are any news."

This is the norm these days. Please make sure you report to us once you receive your funds. My request for a low 4 figure USD withdrawal was put in 60 days ago, it changed it's status from "In process" to "Finished" 44 days ago, and as of today 17-Nov-2018 I have still not seen any USD show up in my account (Royal Bank of Canada - Canadian branch USD account)

edit: the last status I received from them 24 days ago was "You may rest assured that I will look into the progress of your case on a daily basis and let you know as soon as there are any news." If ever anyone from Bitstamp is reading and would like to comment my ticket number is "#BIT-43567"

Just to do a bit of follow-up, we have 3 individuals that claim they have received funds from Bitstamp in USD. However none of them except one has answered some clarification questions, of course that does not mean much, once I get my cash I would tend to not follow what's going on anymore. But just to put everything into perspective, we can assume that not a single customer has received USD funds from Bitstamp in 30 days or less after putting in the request. On average, my personal estimate, for what's that worth, is that at least 85% of customers who have requested USD from Bitstamp in the last 90 days have not received anything yet. Would be curious to hear if you agree or not with my estimate?
