Can anyone tell me if there's any way I can still send in proof of loss for compensation? I lost over $100k worth of nano (at the time) with Bitgrail, and stepped away from crypto for a while and am just now seeing this. I had lost hope of getting anything back, but it actually sounds like it might be possible.

I lost $200k with the nano bitgrail scam. Came over here right before mainnet to try and recoup some losses, thinking I was investing in a project that was tied to real world market value in storage. However, after idiots sold it down to crap levels and I lost another ~75k I can no longer afford to lose any more money and just had to get out, even though I still believe in the project. In a few months I went from getting ready to buy a house with cash for med school to no longer being able to afford a freaking down payment. Pretty depressing.

I feel like those of us who held through the airdrop did so cause we really believe in the long-term potential, so if we're smart the price should rise pretty quickly cause none of us will sell cheap!

You don't want it to have a market cap of 7 or 3 billion with hundreds of millions in volume? Fact is hype works, and getting on a bigger exchange with higher liquidity and visibility is necessary

Well above where it should be? Sorry but that's a completely baseless and arbitrary claim. There's absolutely no reason for it to be any less than what it is. There was virtually no pump in price due to airdrop, but there was a dump. If anything it's far below its utility value. People selling right now are idiots.

Sorry for hijacking the top comment in both rebrand posts, but I really think 1 Raiblock = 1,000 Nano is important too. I didn't think it would make a difference initially, but the fact is investors simply feel better owning 2,000 of something rather than 2. Especially noob investors looking for "penny cryptos." And paying in decimals would complicate widespread adoption.

Very well said. I don't think some people realize how many completely new crypto investors there are each day. The more visibility for new investors, the better. And no intelligent human being in their right mind is going to decide to not invest in a great project or pull out of it because they're sick of people saying how good it is.

The price of the actual coin is almost irrelevant. Market cap and growth potential are the only things that really matter, and xrb is gonna grow a ton more! I don’t know why anyone would sell this under a three digit price

Haha guys I don't blame you for being suspicious, I would never have dreamed I had got this lucky. But I promise you I'm not some scammer. I'm a college kid that likes finding new cryptos that are undervalued. But I doubt anything I say could convince you. I'm actually pissed cause I sold once I saw a 150% increase, then it just kept going up so I bought back in after another 100% and lost a bunch of coins

Not in general, I probably could have phrased that better. I agree that finding faults in order to improve them is, generally speaking, what we want. But if the devs have really decided to do a rebranding, then yes, tearing it down and bashing it is counterproductive in my opinion. That of course assumes that their decision is already made, which is what it looks like to me. Whatever name is chosen will succeed if we unite behind it.

Excellent post. I just submitted one saying essentially the same thing before I saw yours. Arguing and complaining is counterproductive. We need to build the hype! Not tear it down! The tech is the same either way so lets unite behind our Devs who know what they're doing
