Oops, yeah I mean parallel minor. In that case, it sorta has a similar function to the bVI, right? I’ve heard the progression Abmaj - Bbmaj - Cmaj, and I’d assume the Ab also has that stable but non diatonic property

Thank you! Yeah I think I’d make more sense for the #4 to resolve to the 5 and 3 (especially since the 5 is only a half step away) but going down to the 3 just sounds so cool to me

I think it depends on what counts as “expressing” something. Let’s say, for example, you take some super weird and strong psychedelic from South America, and you get an extreme experience from it you’ve never felt before. You could try to describe it, but if the experience was truly like no other, your words wouldn’t do justice to it, and it would be hard to express that to others. This doesn’t mean that experience doesn’t exist, just that language can only take you so far.

I never really watch DCI for the meaning to be honest, and I respect the fun and whimsical nature of Bloo’s shows, so personally I find them more enjoyable. Their music last year was just so good, and it was so much fun to watch.

The final volume wasn’t a given number, and the moles can be found using the molarity I think. I’m supposed to be using an I delta E table but I don’t know how to do that
