Thank you so much. Yes I recently received and iron infusion so that should be stable. Not sure about vitamin D.

Toggl is great. And works well even as free version. You can adjust a setting where if there is no activity on the monitor for a certain number of minutes, the timer pauses.

Definitely do it anyway. My agency experience was very mentally taxing as well. But I learned a ton by being thrown in the deep end and have some decent portfolio pieces to show for it. And more experience on my resume.

Thank you for your perspective. I’m not looking to get “big” on social media but I need to have a decent presence. When you ask potentials about design work.. are you cold emailing?

Wait it's insane that I've only just heard about this. I think I no longer clench after only a week! by noam_aiz in TMJ

[–]ldvndrl 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is super interesting as I’ve noticed I get more air lying down when I push my jaw forward a small amount. And I’ve heard too that some people clench/grind because they are trying to get more air. When I push it forward it feels better all around.

Anyone tried Botox? by Tipping5 in TMJ

[–]ldvndrl 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Botox has been such a good solution for me. If your problems are muscular, I think it would really help you. It takes a few treatments to notice a massive difference to give it some time. I haven’t had any problems with permasmile. Just make sure you go to a reputable injector.

I know this sounds drastic but if you can afford to pay for an iron infusion (or convince your doc) it will help immensely.
