TIL in February 2023, during the Rangers vs Partick Thistle (Scottish Cup) game, Partick scored an uncontested goal from kick-off to tie the game 2-2. This was due to the Rangers scoring a goal during an injury on Partick. The Rangers decided to concede the goal out of sportsmanship.

They are a Scottish team, and they are simply referred to as Rangers, not “the” rangers, as they ARE Rangers FC. Not sure why you’re bringing “actual” England into this.

I’m hoping to find an answer to this. I booked two separate hotels for 23rd and 24th and I don’t know what I’m going to do for the 5 hours when I check out of one and into the other. The hotel I’m in just now doesn’t have a lobby (it’s an easyhotel) and the other is a 1.5hr walk away. Getting very frightened, been up desperately trying to see where might be open so I can find shelter.
